SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Order before 12PM → Ships the same day
  • Order after 12PM → Ships next business day

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
  • Free Shipping Threshold (if applicable)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available for your chosen shipping method).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are unable to refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at lessismorecandy@gmail.com, we may be able to correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is out of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the courier first to open an investigation
  2. Then contact us at lessismorecandy@gmail.com and we will assist where possible

We cannot refund orders marked as delivered by the courier.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Our products are food items and may be sensitive to heat.
While we package all orders securely, Less Is More Candy is not responsible for any melting or texture changes during transit, especially in warmer months.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping, but this will be available soon.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the package

We will review and assist with a replacement where appropriate.

Return to Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer is responsible for paying any reshipment fees.
